good, i thought so. what's your plans for this weekend?
well, i'm goign to my cousin's 'grrrad' and 'recemptioin'. and i'm hopefully getting my car tuned 'up' and spending time iwth that girl named jasmine.
i went out to eat with she and the grandparents it was a good time. my grandma told us this story about changing the dining hall situation at bowling green university, where she did her undergrad. it was cool. she went to the dean and told 'em, no more. we won't be treated like second class citizens. and they listened. the waitresses were treated better, and the promoted her to head waitress.
as for me, i'm well. kinda longing for la and different work, but i'm still doing fine here in iowa.
and the future looks good as far as writing and that sort of thing goes.

As far as me writing, laziness is currently my highest ideal. I have a sketch of a chunk from "Catcher in the Rye" almost laid out. Holden goes cruising town... We'll see. Hey!
1. A buddy named Chris from Michigan wanted to get his hands on a copy of that short from the end-of-year video that your film class made which has Edgar J. Meyersieck starring in it as the brown-headed romantic lead.
2. Some nice people in a bar here want to have a website developed for their son, who is (apparently) an up-n-coming musician. He's been on television and won several talent shows, and he's described as a high school geek that whose developed the ability to be cool. (ala Homestar or whatever) Could you hook me up with talented/hip web designer who is willing to work for rich people?
