spent some time in strawberry point visiting jasmine's parents. she threw them a surprise 30th anniversary party. it was fun. i had a little to do with it, but it was mostly her organizing and doing. they were really surprised. it was about a week before their actual anniversary, which helped the surprise, but all of their friends kept their mouths shut, which is fairly impressive. when we got their jasmine was most worried that she or i would accidently spill the beans. be we did our jobs and they were surprised.
i also helped jasmine with zippity zoo day, two weekends ago. it was a carnival at the zoo, and i took pictures. i enjoyed it. the weather was supposed to be horrible, but it was actually a near perfect day. really nice for taking pictures--overcast, and then it got sunny in the afternoon.
i've been doing some new art lately. i use photoshop and vector masks. i really enjoy it. in fact i spent most of last week trying to find free time to work on it.
we bought dad tivo for father's day. he was surprised and he likes it.
i guess that's what i'm up to lately. i'll try to put some images up of my art.
